To kill without attacking AND clear the board of your opponent's creatures as they hit the table. With plenty of delay cards allowing you the time to get the 3 mana you need to get the deck started.

Tidal Warrior and Reef Shaman are perfect delay cards. During your opponent's upkeep turn their mana into colors they cannot use. Granted Tidal Warrior is really only effective on nonbasic lands and/or if your opponent isn't running Blue.

The other defenses in the deck being Vodalian Illusionist incase you get overwhelmed by creatures quickly you can ping the little guys and phase any heavy hitters as they attack. Another option being to use Reef Shaman and/or Tidal Warrior to turn one of their land into an Island and just STEAL your opponents big creatures with Seasinger. Then there's Capsize once you have the mana to do so, Bounce/Buyback until they just want to quit.
