This is a Mono-Blue tempo list I'm putting together for Pioneer. For now I'm tinkering more with the tempo strategy rather than devotion, because after playing a tournament at an LGS, I realized I really wanted more interaction instead just trying to overwhelm my opponent with MoW and Djinns. MoW is still quite powerful, but there is just so much good removal in the format (and most of them aren't red, unfortunately for the Master), so I'd rather not rely on him too much. So the focus now is more with cheaper creatures that provide utility or incremental value. I'm also testing out Lookout's Dispersal, since we have a good number of Pirates in the deck.
