Sideboard

Hello there, thanks for clicking on this deck. I'm going to be going over every card in this deck and its purpose, so hopefully, you can see my thought process and help me out with it.

(the manabase could use some shocks I just don't have the budget for that at the moment)

Let's start with the creatures

- Lovestruck Beast Not attacking unless he sees a 1/1 on the field isn't hard and at only 3 mana what a steal. Heart's Desire is an alright T1 aswell but it really is helpful to pay 1 to up the creature count for convoke and Appeal / Authority - Thraben Inspector Card draw with a 1/2 body. Mainly used for convoke but the clue does trigger Woodland Champion S-peak of the Devil and he shall arrive, Woodland Champion Either gets huge and finishes games or sees their fate before they can attack with a big fall Fatal Push or small Shock .
-That's where Voice of Resurgence comes in. They're a good threat that forces the opponents to cast their opts they held open because if they let this card start getting work in, even two of the elementals can be game ending. They're by far a better T2 than Woodland Champion , yes you lose out on the extra +1/+1 counter, but in my experience running this on MTGO, the potential one power lost doesn't matter because it's nicer to have insurance of Woodland Champion that'll give another creature to convoke or just simply add to the creature count. -One of the 2 Mainboard anthems Venerated Loxodon Yes you waste a turn that could have been spent attacking, but it pays off by getting either a 1 or 0 mana 4/4 consistently that adds extra power to the board. This card makes Raise the Alarm and card:Saporling Migration free. Everyone but your opponent likes free.

Next up is Instants/Sorcerys

- Raise the Alarm one of the best combat tricks ever printed. Why? Buffs Woodland Champion Kills 1 or 2 toughness creatures that swung into an empty board. (for example a Lotus Cobra that tried to be a little too aggressive on T3 after seeing nothing on board.) Sometimes it's smart to waste your turn to try and irk out a kill on their engine pieces that got greedy. Won't work all the time and definatley won't work twice, but it's very satisfying to do. -card:Saporling Migration Slower version of the card above, but it's a good topdeck when you really need blockers T6 and onward. - Appeal / Authority I think this is my favorite card in the deck. It's win more, yes but it's so explosive that it can close the game T4-T6 easily if the opponent wasn't constantly killing each token that entered. In stalled boards it can be amazing to get huge with trample then tap down their best 2 blockers. The vigilance is awesome against the crack back as well. Do note, it is not multicolored when cast, so it will not trigger Soldier of the Pantheon and will tap it down.
