This deck is all about spawning those little 1/1 tokens, making mana, using that mana for even more tokens and even extra combat steps. The main idea of this deck is to rotate your hand out with a new one as many times as possible.

  • Arjun, the Shifting Flame This deck has enough low cost cards that with every hand you draw you should be able to play at least something for two rotations.

  • Mindmoil Slightly reduced mana cost Arjun, only its an enchantment this time.

  • Whirlpool Warrior Two rotations for , Yes please!

  • Windfall Every game someone has plenty of card draw, use this to your advantage. There have been game where I was top decking and got to draw 10+ cards thanks to this.

  • Jace's Archivist This is just Windfall on a stick.

  • Coastal Piracy Swing with 10 insects, get 10 insects. Growing exponentially its a huge threat. More often than not, this will be a bigger target than your other less obvious combo pieces.

  • Windreader Sphinx Works the same way as Coastal Piracy

  • Teferi's Puzzle Box This has multiple uses, constant insects and forcing your opponents to either rotate or cast early key cards to their decks.

  • Enter the Infinite If you play this, the chances of losing are so slim. 80 1/1 flying creatures with haste, its hard to stop.

  • Impact Tremors and Purphoros, God of the Forge With both on the field one rotation can easily deal over 21 damage to each opponent.

  • Laboratory Maniac This deck has the ridiculous problem of too much card draw, Well if you draw every card then you must have your lab maniac and if you play him you win.

  • Coat of Arms Exponential amounts of damage make 7 insects capable of lethal damage. One rotation from cards like Reforge the Soul and you're eliminating an opponent

  • Throne of the God-Pharaoh A few rotations and you'll have plenty of insects, and insects=damage

  • Sphinx's Tutelage This is not meant to be a mill deck, but this makes it a mill deck

  • Neheb, the Eternal combos with either of the following cards, provided you deal enough damage before and during combat. Aggravated Assault and Hellkite Charger. There is also Breath of Fury, however I find it to be less reliable.

Here are a list of cards that go well with infinite combat steps and The Locust God. Dragon Mage, Knollspine Dragon, and Bident of Thassa
