Lin Sivvi Defiant Hero

I whipped this lil tyke up in just under a few hours so I know it needs help if not major overhauls. I added cards I'd like to play and splashed in many of the staples that are accessible to me. For now I know I have a weak sweep package and I think I could put some greater threats in this. I'm looking for advice or ideas for combo-y interactions, and good spot removal for a more controlled game. Things I like to play are recursion for repeatable effects, opponent state crawl (I don't want to totally lock my opponent, just frustrate them). I borrowed a little from unclelanddrops Lin-Sivvi base, but I don't want to duplicate his. I liked his plains matter ideas, and his control / tempo, but I have always been a bit of a combo/utility player. Thanks ahead for any suggestions. Budget not a huge deal but let's keep the deck realistic (no mox pearls, lotus, etc).
