Plus One Plus One, featuring Hamza Guardian of Arashin
Hamza, Guardian of Arashin is a fun way to use +1/+1 counters to ramp into even bigger creatures with even more +1/+1 counters. This deck wants to go pretty tall with big creatures and then fly or trample damage in.
Ramp Package
Standard Ramp
Like other green and white decks, this deck runs your favorite ramp and dork staples.
Cultivate, Kodama's Reach, and Rampant Growth grab your lands out of your deck.
Elvish Mystic and Avacyn's Pilgrim help you accelerate as well. Birds of Paradise also does this, with the added bonus of being a flyer you can throw counters onto.
Arcane Signet, Sol Ring, and Selesnya Signet are your rocks.
Unique Ramp
Because we are using +1/+1 counters, we have a few options for ramp that most other decks can't use.
Fertilid is quick to accumulate counters from other sources and you can then use its ability to Rampant Growth as many times as you have mana for.
Incubation Druid & Gyre Sage generate mana based on how many counters they have.
Rishkar, Peema Renegade & Jiang Yanggu, Wildcrafter both put counters on creatures and then turn creatures with counters on them into mana dorks.
Card Draw
Beast Whisperer turns your new creatures into card draw.
Armorcraft Judge and Inspiring Call turns your old creatures into card draw.
Greater Good turns your big creatures into card draw.
Mindless Automaton turns your counters into card draw.
Counters
Initial Counters
Lots of different resilient ways to get counters on creatures. We will start small and then get big.
Scavenging Ooze is one of the best Magic cards ever printed. Deals with your opponent's graveyards all while building itself up. Also helps use up any mana you might not otherwise have a sink for.
Luminarch Aspirant & Anafenza, Kin-Tree Sprit both can be dropped on T2 and generates more counters every turn.
Pollenbright Druid is great because you can either drop it early and get your first counters on a creature, or it can be used to proliferate on a later turn when you already have a bunch of creatures with counters already on the board.
Forgotten Ancient and Managorger Hydra grow from every spell cast. If another player is popping off, your creatures are growing too.
Oran-Rief Ooze helps your attacking creatures get even bigger.
Landfall Counters
Evolution Sage turns every land into a proliferate.
Felidar Retreat turns every land into a token or a counter for every creature.
Don't forget that we can use Fertilid to grab more than one land a turn.
"Whenever a Creature" and "Each Other Creature"
Pledge of Unity puts a counter on each creature and gives you some life as a bonus.
Good-Fortune Unicorn puts a +1/+1 counter on each creature that enters the battlefield.
Juniper Order Ranger takes this further and also puts a counter on itself.
Cathars' Crusade laughs at these other cards and puts a +1/+1 counter on every creature whenever one enters the battlefield.
Ajani, the Greathearted benefits from proliferate and can put a +1/+1 counter one very creature once a turn.
Bloodspore Thrinax shares the love and puts counters on creatures entering the battlefield equal to the number on itself.
Don't Touch My Counters
Swarm Shambler punishes opponents for targeting your creatures with counters.
Basri's Lieutenant and Slurrk use the deaths of your creatures with counters to create more creatures and more counters.

Hardened Scales and Conclave Mentor add a counter to every counter.
Branching Evolution doubles all your counters.
Vorinclex, Monstrous Raider is a big trampled that doubles your counters and halves your opponents counters.
Wait, What About the Commander?
So once you get your commander out, all creatures become cheaper. This is especially beneficial for X-costed creatures, since the benefits are limitless. Have ten creatures with counters on them? Cast an X-costed permanent for ten, without having to tap a single land.
X-Costed Bombs
Stonecoil Serpent is great early game and it is fantastic late game. It can block fliers, get trample damage through, and is protected from multicolored creatures.
Mistcutter Hydra can get around pesky blue decks and Voracious Hydra can deal with other problematic creatures on the board.
Walking Ballista is an extremely rude dude. Turn your +1/+1 counters into extremely flexible damage dealers.
Hangarback Walker helps you recover after a board wipe.
Primeval Protector is useful if you have a lot of creatures on the board OR if your opponents have a lot of creatures on the board.
Mikaeus, the Lunarch is also good early and good late. You can play it for 2 and start building counters early, or play it later and use it to spread counters out to all your other creatures.
Other Bombs
Avenger of Zendikar is great for this deck. Resolving Avenger with a Cathars' Crusade on the board is a quick route to overrunning your opponent.
Iridescent Hornbeetle helps you spread a little wider as well.
Getting Damage Through
+1/+1 Lords
Pridemalkin & Tuskguard Captain give your countered creatures Trample. In the same way, Abzan Falconer gives them Flying and Abzan Battle Priest gives them Lifelink.
Other Ways
Champion of Lambholt is great. Put a bunch of counters on them and let your other creatures get damage through.
Garruk's Uprising gives your creatures trample.
Resiliency
Targeted Removal
This is a white deck, so we are obviously running Swords to Plowshares and Path to Exile.
Protection Against Board Wipes
Inspiring Call & Unbreakable Formation give your creatures indestructible.
Together Forever lets you pay to put dying creatures back in your hand.
If you can't stop them from dying, or if they are being exiled, The Ozolith holds onto their counters until they can be put to better use.
Versatile Protection
Shalai, Voice of Plenty serves many purposes. Fliers are always great for getting damage through, but she also gives you a mana sink for more counters and give you, your Planeswalkers, and your creatures hexproof.
Knight of Autumn enters with counters or can destroy a problematic artifact or enchantment.
Collective Effort can destroy a big creature, destroy an enchantment, or put counters on all your stuff.
