Simple Edit of my Original Izzet Power House.

Basically, target as many heroics as possible and exile the spell for Nivmagus Elemental

Optimal build- Fabled Hero with cipher + Nivmagus Elemental

I preffer to cipher Hidden Strings for 2 casts. I exile these two copies (after targeting Sage of Hours and Fabled Hero ) with Nivmagus Elemental to throw 4 +1/+1 counters with Bioshift to Sage of Hours. Sack these counters and you take another turn, dealing even higher damage with Fabled Hero .

You can also take the above combo, throw in Mnemonic Wall and Voidwalk for an infinite turn loop. It's late game and expensive..
