Basically, slow the game down with Pramikon while dropping walls and small creatures to draw cards while looking to eventually go for like a Boros Charm + Armageddon, Drannith Magistrate + Knowledge Pool lock, or infinite flickers with an Impact Tremors (ie: Felidar Sovereign and Restoration Angel). Worldgorger Dragon makes infinite mana with 2x O'Ring effects, and he can also Impact Tremors people to death if you exile your own blink creature with an O'Ring first: ie:

Cast Worldgorger Dragon by paying 3RRR. Worldgorger Dragon enters the battlefield, triggering its first ability, exiling all other permanents you control. Oblivion Ring leaves the battlefield, triggering its second ability, returning Felidar Guardian from exile to the battlefield. Felidar Guardian enters the battlefield, blinking Worldgorger Dragon. Worldgorger leaves and enters the battlefield, triggering its first and second abilities. Resolve the second Worldgorger Dragon trigger, returning all permanents exiled with it to the battlefield. Oblivion Ring enters the battlefield, triggering its first ability, exiling Felidar Guardian until Oblivion Ring leaves the battlefield. Activate all mana-producing lands you control by tapping them, adding at least 1. Resolve the first Worldgorger Dragon trigger, exiling all other permanents you control. Repeat from step 3.
