Damia, Sage of Stone EDH deck based around the idea that, in order to draw the most cards from Damia's ability, we need to always be casting what we draw. This is already the same strategy that goes with the cards Recycle and Null Profusion (functionally the same card).

But also, that means we don't want to get stuck with situational cards in our hand. So rather than have an instant/sorcery removal spell, we can use something like Seal of Doom . Taking this to the extreme gives us Primal Surge.

If Primal Surge ever does resolve, make no mistake. I win instantly, by the combo of Azami, Lady of Scrolls and Laboratory Maniac, with several levels of protection, mainly the combination Dosan the Falling Leaf plus Pithing Needle
