This deck definitely revolves around Chasm Skulker, an easily exploitable card. Proliferate and lots of cheap draw spells pump him quickly, and he dies for an army that Day of the Dragons can make formidable.

The other main purpose of the proliferate here is to pump up the Astral Cornucopia and the Everflowing Chalice. When they're huge, Oona, Increasing Confusion, and even Braingeyser can be used to mill out an opponent for another win condition. Given the abundance of draw spells, having big mana sources lets the play speed keep up with the hand size.

The third and final win condition is poison counters, which the Viral Drake and the Blighted Agent initiate, and which the proliferate builds.

Overall, the deck is still too slow to really be effective. Chasm Skulker is really all it has going for it in any true competitive sense.
