A Green/Blue deck that focuses on proliferating counters to overwhelm opponents.I'm looking for suggestions, and running on a tight budget so please keep this in mind.

Made as a play-for-fun deck but I would like to make it eventually tournament-worthy once I get the money.

Basically, this deck uses the proliferate subtext to amplify infect (-1/-1), poison, and evolve (+1/+1) counters as well as Lux Cannon's charge counters and Azor's Elocutors' filibuster counters as a win condition.

Win conditions currently include:

• Azor's Elocutors filibuster counters via proliferation.

• Death by poisoning through infect creatures and proliferation.

• Overwhelming amounts of +1/+1 counters on all creatures. XD

Right now, I'm looking for suggestions on what I should take out, focus on, get more of, or include in my deck to enhance my goals. I would most like to keep my Azor's and Lux Cannon because they're fun to use, but let me know what you think!
