Deck works by being able to use inspired to control the game, mill the opponent and get hand advantage all cost free. The mana curve is a little high, but the use of Kiora's Follower , Karametra's Favor , and Springleaf Drum all work as mana ramp to help the deck.

Prophet of Kruphix is to help spam the field with creatures while allowing for more untapping for inspired triggers.

Phenax, God of Deception is the main win condition as milling opponent and alllowing inspired to triggers work well together.

Disciple of Deceit - is used simply for consistency as most of the cards in the deck are 2, 4, or 5 cost.

King Macar, the Gold-Cursed and Retraction Helix - are the field control cards in the deck and with Kiora's Follower allow for multiple times a turn.

Kiora's Follower - used both for mana ramp and also help trigger inspired efffects.

Siren of the Silent Song - key card in the deck, the ability to tap it whenever with Kiora's Follower can cause opponent to discard during their draw phase making it so they cant keep the card they drew in their hand.
