This deck is designed to finish games fairly quickly. Its powerful tactic is to defeat with 21 General Damage in a single attack. It runs quickly and often has access to 5-7 mana by the 4th turn. It also can boost its creatures and has a massive token engine from the general and several other cards. It is almost never mana short and I do plan on replacing Spoils of Victory with an Explosive Vegetation when I can find one
