This deck is in the making, but this is what its at right now. I want to switch the General to Karrthus,Tyrant of Jund eventually, but at least the deck is legal. Suggestions more than welcome to try to make this deck more dragony.

At the moment the deck has two turn 5 wins with Commander Damage. a Red Black start and a Red Green start. Both starts require some sort of ramp to get Prossh, Skyraider of Kher out and swinging by turn five. start is Boltwing Marauder + Dragon Tempest , Start is Xenagos, God of Revels. The start does 25 commander damage, the start does 22. symbol:GB now has a start too involving Mazirek, Kraul Death Priest and Edrek Sahr, Master Breeder Its a bit slower than the other two ( you would still need to give Prossh haste) but it gets the job done none the less.
