First attempt at a mono-colored deck for Commander / EDH with my favorite color: red! No better commander for red than the god himself - Purphoros, God of the Forge.

Generate tokens, and either win with ETB burn or overrun your enemies. Whichever comes first!

Utilize mana rocks such as Sol Ring and Ruby Medallion to get out Purphoros out ASAP. With that, start dropping Goblin tokens to trigger the God himself, and start building a board state.

I've deviated from straight burn to give the deck flexibility with cards to make it also a Tokens Matter deck, with cards like Goblin King, Goblin Chieftain and Paragon of Fierce Defiance to pump up any tokens in place. You also have cards like Outpost Siege and Impact Tremors to help move the game plan forward.

Read your playgroup, and if they don't like being burned start swinging away with pumped up Goblins that get fresh reinforcements every turn with Krenko, Mob Boss with Legion Loyalist and Fervor leading the charge.

But, if you ever need to finish someone off there's Firecat Blitz, Empty the Warrens, Comet Storm, Goblin Offensive, Descent of the Dragons and Bonfire of the Damned ready for you.
