The deck

This is the second deck in my project of building an EDH deck for each Dominaria two-color uncommon commander, subject to my own weird preferences and rules. This time its a casual deck helmed by Raff Capashen. The goal is to ramp and play big blue, white and artifact things at end-step.

Restrictions

No infinite combos. Budget-friendly (except for cards I already own). No planeswalkers.
