This is a deck I started years ago, after much tweaking and updating it is nearly finished. It is very fun and my favorite by far. Based upon the combination of Rafiq of the Many+Finest Hour.
I'm also thinking of replacing counterbore and detention sphere with Meddling Mage and Spell Queller. Upvote if you like!
