This was my first EDH deck ever. Rafiq exalted deck for use with my other 3 Commander decks. I adapted my standard deck from when Alara was released. I know, there's no Noble Hierarch, I traded mine off. I will add it back as soon as I can. This is casual, but it seems to be pretty good, and also easy for a new player to pick up and play. I don't have any cards which lock down opponents besides the Stoic Angel. I am not sure if it needs to lock down opponents even further. Depends on how much hate this generates in the group. I plan on adding a Mirari's wake to speed it up a bit.
