The goal of the deck is to cast 4xArchive Trap because you're not going to find more efficient mill than 1/4 of your opponent's library for . To further this end we have Trapmaker's Snare and Merchant Scroll to search up the trap, and Noxious Revival and Mission Briefing to get additional castings. Field of Ruin, Path to Exile, and Ghost Quarter are your enablers for those times when your opponent isn't nice enough to crack a fetch or map to help you out. The Tolaria West is there to fetch Field of Ruin against those particularly stubborn opponents who let you play Strip Mine and better Swords to Plowshares in modern. Speaking of broken old cards, Visions of Beyond does a damn fine Ancestral Recall impression in this deck. Except that part about being restricted to 1, but honestly, you don't even miss it.
