Rules:

• 1v1
• Each player has a seperate land pile of 10 lands: 1 of each basic, 1 of each ally (or enemy) colored gate
• Starting handsize of 5, one free mull
• No decking Otherwise normal magic.

Design philosofies:

• Singleton
• No card may be more value than a 3 for 1 on its own
• Options are fun, so multiple choice cards (modal spells, split cards, cycling) are highly valued
• Having some aggressive creatures to apply pressure leads to varied gameplay
• No strictly worse or better versions of a card
• Color balance doesn't have to be exact, the more fun cards the better
• No Terese Nielsen arts
