Rakdos Standard deck. Trying to be as aggressive as possible on opponent from Turn 1. Most creatures are humans, which fits pretty well with Xathrid Necromancer.

Here is the update:

+2x Madcap Skills +2x Lightning Strike -4x Flames of the Firebrand

Went 2-2 in last FNM:

  • Round 1 vs Mono-Black (0-2): Got stomped by Pack Rat and Desecration Demon. I couldn't deal with the Pack Rat soon enough. I am going to add some more Lightning Strike for this match-up.

  • Round 2 vs White-Weenie Aggro (2-1): Got mana short on the game that I lost. Else, the deck was pretty manageable and could out-aggro my opponent.

  • Round 3 vs RDW/Devotion to Red (1-2): This deck was textbook RDW from those latest tournaments. Pretty solid deck. Could go both ways on third game. I think I need more card:Lightining Strike to get the edge over the deck.

  • Round 4 vs Midrange Black Aggro (2-1): Didn't see much of that deck. Was playing Nightveil Specter and Desecration Demon but the opponent won one round with the demon and lost the other two, I think one mana-flood and one mana short.
