Just a fun M15 Rakdos discard deck. Built around Waste Not. The strategy is to not only rip our opponents hand apart but ideally benefit from that with Waste Not and then win an incremental game with Shrieking Affliction, Fate Unraveler (post-rotation...against blue decks) and Mogis, God of Slaughter.

We can also position the board state where our opponent is top-decking and we are looking to resolve some of our bombs in Soul of New Phyrexia, Indulgent Tormentor and Stormbreath Dragon. I am still unsure of splashing red for Stormbreath Dragon as its monstrous ability is made less powerful due to our overall strategy but his power cannot be denied and it seems likely he will continue to be the powerhouse finisher he has been so far.

My main concern so far is the amount of life loss we have in Sign in Blood and Thoughtseize, which is why we play 2 Radiant Fountain and possibly playing Pharika's Cure depending how popular the mono-aggro decks are.

Sideboard is built around the current standard format and, of course, will change according to an evolving meta.

The deck is playing a few powerful one-ofs that we can tudor with Liliana Vess according to the board state or our matchup.

Once RTR rotates out I will be losing -3 Shrieking Affliction and -1 Rakdos's Return maybe adding +2 Fate Unraveler +1 Mogis, God of Slaughter. The deck just may be fine as mono-black, since we will really only be playing red for Stormbreath Dragon and some sideboard cards at that point..... It is also possible those 4 free spots just turn into some number of removal spells like Bile Blight or Lightning Strike. Ultimately, the goal is to keep them off resolved creatures but this way we have more ways to deal with them when they do.
