A Ramos Dragon Engine Deck for budget commander. For our budget format, we can only have 5 cards (non-lands) with TCG low price of $5 or more. So I cannot add pure power to this deck, if I do add a powerful $$ card then I need to make sure i'm not breaking budget rules.

This is a value 'Battlecruiser' style deck with some board presence but a value based late game. Plan A is to grind out value and go big with ramp, cascade, and powerful multicolor spells. The plan B is to use those spells to make a big Ramos which kills via commander damage. Door to Nothingness is also a fun win con, but I really just want to play all the best spells in each color combo.
