Classic ramos spellslinger. Tried to make it faster with loads of ramp and card selection, plus trimming down the win conditions to the essential. Will see how it pans out.

Main win condition is getting Conflux through draw or the tutors. With one Conflux you can get Omniscience, Thousand-Year Storm, Demonic Tutor and your choice of white and green spells (you need at least one playable sorcery or instant with CMC less than 4 from white, green or your hand if you go off this turn, or two if you go off next turn). If you played Conflux without Ramos mana and with one U ready to use, you can play Omniscience and go off this turn; otherwise, wait till next turn. The combo consists of using Omnisicence followed by any instant or sorcery to start the storm (or none if you played Conflux this turn). Then, use Demonic Tutor and it's copy to fetch Ral and Expansion/Explosion. Play Ral, then play any other cheap instant or sorcery and Expansion it. Play the copies of Expansion onto itself infinitely, making Ral deal infinite damage to any source of your choice.

If your opponents' decks are heavy on counters, consider picking Teferi, Time Raveler (as white) and All Sun's Dawn (as green, to play Conflux again). If you are planning on playing a second Conflux, consider picking Momentary Blink with your first one to bounce Ramos before playing the second, giving you another 10 mana to work with.

To pull off any combo you need Ramos to stick around for at least a turn, unless you are super into late game or have Mirrari in play. If your opponents don't screw you up you'll pull it off on turn 7 or 8, on average, but don't expect to combo off that easily as this combo is really fragile. That's why we have Teferi, Time Raveler to protect the combo and many other ways to storm off/win without the main combo.

Don't worry about the color circle. Mana symbols are skewed towards Blue but that's because we have heavy stuff like Expropriate and Time Stretch, wich will almost exclusively be cast with Ramos triggers.
