Sisay into Ramses. There's probably a better way to do this; I haven't done any math, but with Sisay's ability to get whatever you want whenever you want, it could be pretty consistent. I basically just started with Ramses, threw in all the Assassins Sisay can grab, the 3 cards that specifically state opponent loses the game and worked from there. Removed some of the Assassins that don't combo.

Worst case Sisay play: Asmoranomardicadaistinaculdacar or Rhys the Redeemed into Mericke Ri Berit or Pramikon Sky Rampant or Aminatou, the Fateshifter
