Casual Rafiq going for commander damage wins. This is also meant to be a budget deck, with the rare exceptions, ex Mana Vault , already in my collection. Therefore, this is not going to be as competitive as my Muldrotha deck, and unless someone can offer me a cheap way of combo-ing off, it will solely be going for commander damage. Any Laboratory Maniac combos especially appreciated, since sadly Demonic Consultation is not in bent. Thanks!
