I didn't want to build an Elf deck like all the others, so when I pulled a Rashmi I was determined to make one around her. Elves already work pretty well with +1/+1 counters, which Simic helps with, but in remembering all my Clone spells didn't have an EDH deck to go in yet I found what I wanted: An elf deck that clones whatever good elf it has over and over. Having like 8 Wellwishers is SO much lifegain, and dropping new Master Biomancers each turn goes into HUNDREDS of +1/+1 counters after a few turns. Clone Machinations with Elves is actually pretty fun, so even though I didn't want a lazily OP elf deck like all the others, this one can still go CRAZY so I guess mission accomplished? In the end it's a deck where Guilt-Leaf Seer is a useful card, so I'm happy.
