Making my Modern debut with a budget Grixis Control build that uses a janky combo finisher.

To combo out, have a Raven's Crime and a Time Stretch in the graveyard and imprint them on Spellweaver Helix. Simply then cast a Raven's Crime to gain 2 turns. Using the retrace effect of RC you can reliably get infinite turns.

Need advice on filling out the land base. As this is budget I'm not shelling out for more shocks, more pain lands or any fetch lands. I can use any other lands under $3 each. I also have a playset of City of Brass but not sure if that would be too painful for this deck.

I'll leave sideboard creation to once I've got an idea of my local meta, but general advice would be absolutely great.
