Now this and stax build is what I believe to be the most optimal Alela, Artful Provocateur competitive build.
As I don't really like to torture people with stax, this one is so much more fun to play for me.

RAZAKETH THE FOULBLOODED

Deck is based around one creature in the deck, almighty Razaketh, the Foulblooded and ways to get him on the field asap with cards like Polymorph (hence the name "Razamorph" :P), and Proteus Staff.

Once he's online with Alela, Artful Provocateur and atleast one fairy token Alela created, we:

1. sacrifice fairy creature, tutor for 0 cost rock
2. cast a rock, create new fairy token
3. repeat step 1-2 until you have enough mana for your wincon, usually 5 -
4. sacrifice fairy and Alela if needed for two card combo win, Jace, Wielder of Mysteries + Demonic Consultation / Tainted Pact

note: if you have one of the wincon cards in your hand and extra fairy token, tutor firstly for Silence to prevent your opponents from ruining your plans.

Other win outlets:

ISOCHRON SCEPTER + DRAMATIC REVERSAL

1. Isochron Scepter + Dramatic Reversal + Codex Shredder - infinite mill
2. Isochron Scepter + Dramatic Reversal + Idol of Oblivion - infinite draw if we created token this turn
3. Isochron Scepter + Dramatic Reversal + Aetherflux Reservoir - infinite life, infinite damage
4. Isochron Scepter + Dramatic Reversal + Blind Obedience - infinite damage, infinite life

BOLAS'S CITADEL + AETHERFLUX RESERVOIR + SENSEI'S DIVINING TOP

Result: Draw your entire library, casting many of those cards for free.

Requires: Bolas's Citadel + Aetherflux Reservoir + Sensei's Divining Top on the field

Steps:
Activate Sensei's Divining Top; draw a card and put it on top of your library.
Cast Sensei's Divining Top from your library using Bolas's Citadel, paying 1 life.
Aetherflux Reservoir triggers on cast, gaining life.
Repeat the loop of casting Top for 1 life and activating it, drawing your library and gaining more life with each Top cast.
wincon:
1. Cast your win conditions from the top of library using Bolas's Citadel and the life gained from the Aetherflux-Top storm. 2. Cast your win conditions from the hand you've drawn with repeated use of Sensei's Divining Top ability. 3. Or if possible, win by using 50 life with Aetherflux Reservoir to burn each opponent for the same amount of damage.

Other Strong combos that get us to the wincon:

Ad Nauseam + Angel's Grace - draw your whole library, cast your free mana rocks, positive mana rocks, rituals, and finally a wincon.

Fairies and draw power

One more thing I'd like to focus on in this deck is Alela, Artful Provocateur ability to create her fairy friends on quite a fast pace, every time we cast enchantment or artifact, and we run a lot o them.

This is mainly a combo deck, so I won't focus on buffing up all those tokens, they are actually pretty strong on them own with Alela on the field and sometimes we can harm enemies pretty hard with that damage and flying ability.
We will use the fairy swarm to draw cards:

1. Bident of Thassa
2. Reconnaissance Mission
3. Kindred Discovery
4. Coastal Piracy (currently not running in deck :/...so little space))
5. Mirrormade instead Coastal Piracy, we can copy any of the above effects or something else entirely if needed
6. Skullclamp
7. Idol of Oblivion

Adding some more draw power from cards like that all create fairy tokens when cast:

1. Mystic Remora
2. Rhystic Study
3. Mask of Memory
4. Windfall

and we have pretty much very insane card advantage power that brings us closer to one of our wincon combination.

Bitterblossom is also cool card here helping us produce fairy tokens and adding value to some of our card draw engines.
