This is your typical burn deck that splashes black to be able to deal with master of waves, which is almost impossible to kill if you're playing straight mono red. Card BreakdownAsh Zealot Good card to put pressure on your opponent and it has haste, which is awesome!Chandra's Phoenix Other creature in the deck that has evasion and haste and if it is killed, we can just burn our opponent to get it back.Shock Turn one instant speed spell that can kill the small creatures in the aggro decks.Magma Jet Pretty much a shock that allows us to scry and smooth out our draws.Lightning Strike Pretty nice burn spell that can kill about every creature in mono red and can deal damage to the player.Toil/Trouble Very good card against control and mono black devotion. Since we have black, you can use both sides of the card.Searing Blood One of my favorite burn spells that can kill a creature and get your chandra back if needed.Skullcrack Probably the best card in our deck against life gain strategies, mono black and Sphinx's Revelation.Doom Blade there to kill master and big creatures out of burn range.Ultimate Price Same thing as doom blade, except it can only kill mono colored creatures.Dreadbore allows us to kill planeswalkers and big creatures as well.SideboardFiredrinker Satyr Brought in against slower decks, such as mono black and control decks.Duress good turn one play to steal a good card out of a control deck.Doom Blade More removal if we need it.Dreadbore Good against big creatures and allows to get rid of planeswalkers.Mizzium Mortars Allows you to get rid of that pesky Blood Baron of Vizkopa.
