A first try to make a Black/Red deck with vampires

Hopping to hear some feedback and what you think of this deck.It is my first deck after 3 years of abstaining from magic: the gathering.Hope you like it

Tried deck against Gruul.Won 2/3. Killing Wave is a very good option with blood artist for wiping the battlefield of creatures, dealing damage and gaining life.Curse of the Pierced Heart & Exquisite Blood help a lot in the gaining life while dealing damage strategy and Stromkirk Captain helps creatures to stay alive.

The best hand i got was 2xMountain,1xSwamp,2xVexing Devil,1xKilling Wave and 1xStromkirk Noble
