My take on a cheap Red and Black Vampires deck. Uses Stromkirk Noble and Tormented Soul to get creatures out early and deal damage while gaining counters through Curse of Stalked Prey. Stromkirk Captain gets you the win hopefully by the mid game, Bloodline Keeper is used in case everything else fails.
