I've designed this deck around cheating in some big guns early, NOT about cheating in cards that a just dead weight if the right hand doesn't come up.

This deck plays well WITHOUT the cheats, but is FANTASTIC when you pull one or more of the mana boost cards :

• Infernal Plunge - Pay 1, get 3. Play this a few turns in and you can then cast:
  • Quicksilver Amulet
  • Geosurge
  • Koth of the Hammer

These then let you bring in the big boys as early as turn 2(!!!)

• Inferno Titan
• Moltensteel Dragon
• Furyborn Hellkite
• Chancellor of the Forge

Also, Slayers' Stronghold works really well in this deck to give +2 and haste.
