Act as if you're really angry that all you're getting are lands.

Right as you're about to lose, pick up all your lands, but do not put them back on your deck yet. Wait until your opponent starts to pick up their cards, then lay your lands back down. Say you were just shuffling your lands. They lose. Yes this is a tournament legal win.

Game 2: Sub in your entire sideboard for 15 mountains.

You are now playing a RDW deck which your opponent will not be expecting, and you should be able to beat them easily.
