This is what I was thinking for a red, white, and blue control/burn deck.

Also, I would add Sphinx's Revelation, but I want to keep this deck relatively cheap.

This deck was previously modern, but I decided to try to make it standard. So I made many changes.

-4 Condemn for +4 Celestial Flare

-2 Gitaxian Probe for +1 Azorius Charm and +1 Swan Song

-2 Remand for +2 Dissolve

-2 Mana Leak for +2 Render Silent

-2 Runechanter's Pike for +2 Anger of the Gods

-4 Surrakar Spellblade for +4 Young Pyromancer

-4 Serra Avenger for +1 Guttersnipe and +3 Banisher Priest

I'm also going to try to make this deck competitive, so I'll be making more changes.
