This is a red white blue control deck in the modern format. I created it mainly out of cards I already owned, so any help in what I could add to buy, would be helpful. I want to stay fairly cheap with it. I know that I need better mana base with dual lands from Ravnica, but I can't afford too many right now. Any other help is appreciated.
