So I built a casual reanimator deck out of the legacy shell, or at least what I have of it. It sacrifices some of the consistency of the original to have fun. The deck plays a lot of white to flicker in and abuse ETB effects of both the reanimation targets, as well as the smaller guys (Tidehollow Sculler and Shriekmaw).

I have been toying around with switching it back to a more traditional build by removing the white and using Essence Flux as the only flickering, but I also don't really have the money to flesh out the rest of the black cards I'm missing.
