Origins
I always wanted to play goblins, so when I saw Krenko, Mob Boss, I wanted to make the best out of it.
So this deck is all about spawning as much goblins as possible and enhancing them to outnumber and outpower the opponent as early as possible.
With a lot of goblin lords (they all give +1/+1 to all other Gobelins: Goblin King, Mad Auntie, Goblin Chieftain and Goblin Trashmaster) to choose from, we can make a very aggressive deck that can win the game really fast.

Aether Vial altough very cheap and consistent, I find this option too slow as it would be best exploited at 3 counters in this deck

The center card of our deck, it will allow us to play nasty ;)
Ruling :
If Warren Instigator attacks an opponent and isn’t blocked, its double strike ability will cause it to deal combat damage to that opponent twice, once during each combat damage step. Its triggered ability will thus trigger twice: Warren Instigator deals first-strike combat damage, its ability triggers and resolves, it deals regular combat damage, and its ability triggers and resolves again.

at first-strike combat phase put a Goblin Chieftain from your hand on the battlefield, it will increase Warren Instigator attack for the following regular combat phase

at regular combat phase put a Krenko, Mob Boss from your hand on the battlefield, it can already be tapped for tokens as it has celerity
Whenever Warren Instigator hits

at first-strike combat phase put a Muxus, Goblin Grandee from your hand on the battlefield. If a Goblin Matron is put on the battlefield this way, tutor another copy of Muxus, Goblin Grandee

at regular combat phase put the tutored Muxus, Goblin Grandee on the battlefield for free and get even more gobs on the battlefield (you don't care that much about sacrifying the first one due to it's wonderful landing effect)
About the manabase
It still has to be optimized. I think we can use fetchlands instead of dual lands to run blood moons. It will also help out optimizing Muxus, Goblin Grandee
In the case we can't play with neither Goblin Lackey neither warren istigator, we will be able to start dropping treats at 3 mana, and this deck should consistently get the fourth out. However don't expect to play Muxus, Goblin Grandee for it's mana cost in this deck.
Ideal starting hand
Our ideal starting hand is composed of:
- Cavern of Souls (but any source of red mana would do) + a second land that can produce red
- Simian Spirit Guide
- Warren Instigator
- Madcap Skills
- two powerful gobelins / a Goblin Matron / a Muxus, Gobelin Grandee
Considerations
What if Warren Instigator cannot be played ? Can we turn Goblin Lackey into one ?
Assault Strobe would be one answer. It would need to be playtested. I fear it might look like a dead card once our first gobs are played.
Can we go combo first turn ?
It would need to get celerity on a Goblin Lackey or a Warren Instigator. According to me, our best option is Hammerhand
Our best starting hand would then be: 2x Simian Spirit Guide + Cavern of Souls + Warren Instigator + Hammerhand + Muxus, Goblin Grandee
What if ...?
Question: What if Goblin Recruiter was unbanned ?
Answer: Then you need to max it of course, as it will allow insane combinations !
