This is a different list of my Narset, Enlightened Exile Prowess style deck. Narset is favorite Khan/major figure head of Tarkir. So, I am trying to make it more consistent. I tried to put as many cantrips as I could to keep cards coming to my hand. I tried to keep it budget as much as I can. It also helps I have the majority of the deck already.
