I'm having such a hard time trying to wrap my head around what I want out of this deck, I love milling, it's my thing and I want to do that (to my opponent but I've considered also making this a self mill).

Would definitely prefer to keep black and blue if possible, only card I want to keep for sure is Rex (duh) just don't know what exactly to do, artifacts are in there to keep him from leaving the field, fodder tosser to discard cards so I can get brain counters on my own cards. Any help would be greatly appreciated, thank you so much!!!
