I like R/U decks, so when I made a R/G deck it ended up being strategically similar. Basically, I use buffs instead of burn for damage. Get a bunch of creatures out, put some a buff on Isochron Scepter, and beat down your opposition. Wild Defiance increases the potency of the buffs to awesome levels.
