here's the prototype. It doesn't seem to have too many problems milling itself even though it's lacking the blue self mill. Just make sure to have at least one mill spell in your opening hand. Now for the card by card breakdown
Vexing Devil
- the biggest "maybe" in this deck. not because its a bad card. because they're $5 each. however, the deck only costs about $30 as is so I'll let you decide.
Faithless Looting - another way to put stuff in your graveyard. The big thing here is that you can't be afraid to toss a ghoultree/kessig cagebreakers/whatever game ender in order to set up your early turn land drops and creatures.
Anger and Brawn - great cards to have in your graveyard or discard with Faithless Looting. They Make Ghoultree scary.
Shriekhorn - for milling yourself. the main point is that you can play it turn one and immediately start milling
Ghoultree - 1 mana 10/10, yes?
Mogg War Marshal
- flexible creature. makes two goblin tokens or makes a token, leaves a creature, then makes a token later after blocking for a little extra mana
Kessig Cagebreakers - you know what this does.
Kessig Wolf Run - a great way to use spare mana, especially on Ghoultree
Splinterfright - heart of the deck
Viridian Emissary - helps you ramp mana, useful chump blocker, or allows you to push an early offense.
