Switched out Corpse Lunge, as it made little sense here. I'm exiling a creature I could instead fetch with Woodland Sleuth to deal, at most, 2 damage for 3 mana? I think the only reason I had it there is because I (somehow) don't have a lot of black removal laying around.

EDIT: Discovered the Hex Parasite synergy, so I switched out the Woodland Sleuths. Cheaper creature return that I can pull off at clutch moments.
