You're looking at an elven EDH rush deck utilizing Rhys and a token sub-theme for mid to late game sustainability.

The deck is designed to function as quickly and efficiently as possible to reach it's win-con while allocating several slots for personal playgroup adjustment.

Multiple tutors are present to enable consistent location of solution cards; Aura Shards is an immediate go to against artifact or enchantment heavy decks. 1-3 CMC elves (and inevitably Vorinclex, Voice of Hunger) plus several enchantments serve as early-mid game ramp.

Dauntless Escort is an ideal search target when one is expecting a board wipe. Regal Force/ Mentor of the Meek/Greater Good for card draw, and Beastmaster Ascension/Elesh Norn, Grand Cenobite/Craterhoof Behemoth as finishers.

If Rhys is present on board your priority search target becomes Seedborn Muse above all else. In a multiplayer game she, in combination with Rhys, leads to an exponential and very difficult to moderate elf token growth. When followed up with Birchlore Rangers/Heritage Druid you should have enough mana to dump the rest of you hand and end the game that turn.
