Hi everyone,

After having played Magic for years (in my younger years, the learning curve hasn't always been steep), I have finally crafted my first Commander deck that has not been crafted from a pre-con after a break from Magic of more than 6 years. This is an initial build and I am looking for a lot of constructive feedback.

Currently, I am fluctuating between a pure elf-build and a pure-token build. Hence, this current deck is a bit of a mix of both. As may be visible, this results in a deck lacking in a central purpose. I am aware that I am missing cards that protect my tokens and creatures (e.g. Asceticism, Eldrazi Monument, etc.), but have added one-turn protection in the main board and sideboard for the meantime (e.g. Druid's Deliverance, Rootborn Defence, Selfless Spirit, Dauntless Escort). The idea is to switch from a more elf-token-build to a Selesnya-token-build focussing more on the token aspect rather than the elf-tribal theme. Thereby, cards like Joroga Treespeaker and Voice of the Woods will be some of the first to go.

I would appreciate feedback of kinds related to a Selesnya-token commander build dearly. As mentioned before, it has been years since I have thoroughly researched Magic and the pace with which new sets and cards are being released is so high that it has been hard to keep up with the current evolution of the game. Things like Treasure generation in green have largely gone by me because of the long break from the game and any budget-friendly recommendations that synergise would be dearly appreciated.

This is a budget deck and any costly cards included currently have been acquired through trading years ago.
