Hello! This is my attempt to build a cEDH deck for Rielle.

Combo Packages:

1. Basalt Monolith + Power Artifact for infinite mana.

2. Basalt Monolith + Mesmeric Orb for infinite mill.

3. Dramatic Reversal + Isochron Scepter for infinite untap, burn, mana or mill.

There are a couple win conditions in this deck. Let's go through a few of them from the easiest/quickest to hardest.

1. Basalt Monolith + Fireball + Power Artifact or Grim Monolith also works.

2. Leave 1 red mana open and create infinite damage from fireball. This combo is easy to assemble and is not dangerous to use as we will not loose the game if it is countered. If it resolves we win. This can also work with Dramatic Reversal + Isochron Scepter and a 2 mana mana rock instead of Basalt Monolith + Power Artifact .

3. Basalt Monolith + Mesmeric Orb + Thassa's Oracle or Grim Monolith + Power Artifact

4. 3 card combo that wins us the game. Easy to assemble. Same comment as the last combo with Dramatic Reversal + Isochron Scepter .

5. Dramatic Reversal + Isochron Scepter , a mana rock(s) and Cunning Sparkmage

6. Use Dramatic Reversal + Isochron Scepter to untap Cunning Sparkmage and ping all of the opponents to death.

The other victory is a Voltron victory.

1. Smash face with Rielle, the Everwise late game. After countering everyone's spells and digging, your graveyard should be packed full of instant and sorcery spells.
