Riku is a fun general. If no one kills him right away, shenanigans ensue.I guess the main shenanigans come from:

Palinchron + Riku of Two Reflections

Deadeye Navigator + Palinchron

Time Warp+ Eternal Witness +Deadeye Navigator/Kiki-Jiki, Mirror Breaker

The deck has pretty decent synergy even without Riku out.

I did recently change a bunch of cards though and haven't been able to test it much.I would like some advice to make it more competitive if possible. Thanks a lot!
