Klothys is basically the Magic equivalent of Rita Repulsa -- trapped in a dumpster for 10000 years and now she's pissed off as all hell and ready to conquer Earth. Except now she finds that the Power Rangers are a little more powerful than she remembers, owing to powercreep in the intervening years. So I like to think this is the deck she would craft in response to try to get Magic back to the way she remembers it in the #goodolddays.

Version 1 of the deck -- the intention is to build something akin to a Modern Ponza deck to combat the ever-ramping power levels in EDH. Plenty of single target removal and hate cards for some of the most powerful strategies (especially lands with powerful effects).

The deck aims to win with general burn cards, and a group slug mentality, but I am intentionally trying to punish those decks that utilize powerful recursive strategies more than those that win in a more old-fashioned way, by playing basic ass lands and casting spells straight up. And I'm not necessarily trying to hate them out entirely (I cut Ruination for example), I just want there to be a selective pressure pushing against relentless powercreep.

I expect this deck to evolve significantly with playtesting. One card I have my eye on already as a potential cut is Vengeful Rebirth in favor of Reap the Past. I expect that this deck will frequently win via repeated Treacherous Terrains or Price of Progresses, though, so we'll see if the randomness is an issue and if the removal aspect of Rebirth matters.
