Hello, this is a pretty casual deck (no infinite combos here). It's main goal is to pump up River Song with counters and protect him as much as possible. This deck is great against opponents with search, scry and surveil effects. However, we try to force searches or give evasion to our commander to pass extra damage. We also play mainly protective interaction and misdirect effects which can be fun, since they can make enemy counterspells fizzle or use enemy removal to our advantage (which makes a 2 for 1, always good). We use a lot of cheap tutors to find some nice cards that allow our commander to do his thing and have fun. The cards, tutors and their benefits are mentioned below:

Field of Ruin forces a search on each player which is great, since three opponents will search and take damage. Ingenious Mastery forces a scry on an opponent while drawing us three. From the Ashes destorys all non basics so only opponents with zero or 1 non basic might not search their library. Noble Benefactor allows everyone to tutor for any card, few opponents will choose not to (be warned they might look for removal for your commander). Crucible of Worlds to allow us to replay Field of Ruin, since its our best card. Also, since we have so many cycling lands and fetch lands it can bring us value. Tandem Lookout, Ophidian Eye and Curiosity can be fun and can bring a lot of value.

Expedition Map and Tolaria West help us find Field of Ruin or Petrified Field. Trinket Mage to find Expedition Map or sometimes Sol Ring :). Trophy Mage for or Crucible of Worlds.Fabricate for all of the above mentioned cards. Solve the Equation to find From the Ashes or anything we might need at that moment, like Fade Away. Drift of Phantasms can tutor so many stuff in our deck. Imperial Recruiter can find almost all creatures in our deck (all except 2 goad cretures). card::Step trough has also some nice targets (Flux Channeler, Trinket Mage or Windcaller Aven).

Many of the tutors can tutor other tutors, if you need something else. Heads up, beware of Opposition Agent and similar effects. They are a threat to our weird deck. If you expect such cards add more creature interactiona and go lighter on tutors.

Tutors on top of library are no help to us, since our commander draws from bottom (unless we add scry, which just makes it to complicated to just tutor with these cards). Also all of our tutors are rather cheap and we are not looking for anything infinite or degenerate. We are keeping it casual.

Some lands and spells give counters to target creature. Many of them have added benefits which help us interact or draw or give evasion to creature, while powering up our commander. Ordeal of Thassa and Ordeal of Purphoros can be fun, since we want to be attacking with our commander and they are cheap.

Stealth Mission is a great card to pass commander damage while still powering up our commander. Leap, Shadow Rift, Cloak of Feathers, Ancestral Anger and Windcaller Aven give evasion while replacing themselves which is great.

We also have Agitator Ant which can be very good since it can give counters to our commander. Goad is fun and can help us live longer, while making tough choises for our enemies . We also have Bothersome Quasit, since we play a lot of noncreature spells.

This deck can become even cheaper very easy. Just replace the expensive cards which are not really needed in this deck. Just wanted to make it a bit more efficient. Thank you for reading and hope you enjoy this weird but fun deck tech!

P.S.: Try to avoid 2 of the same color mana pips. You can also add other cards that benefit from counters, like Simic Manipulator and add more proliferate options.
