Deck still needs some changes.

Use Grimgrin, Corpse-Born to Sacrifice creatures, which does lots of damage because of Diregraf Captain, Blood Artist, and Falkenrath Noble. Havengul Lich allows you to constantly bring back your sacrificed stuff.

Grimgrin, Corpse-Born + Gravecrawler (or 2 Gravediggers) + Diregraf Captain (or Blood Artist Falkenrath Noble) + Rooftop Storm = infinite damage

Grimgrin, Corpse-Born (make sure he has several +1 +1 counters on him) + Essence Harvest = insane damage

Stuff is going to be dying all the time so Tragic Slip is a great removal spell.
